I have Netcell Revolution SR500 RAID CARD.One of our drives goes bad.Can any body tell me how replace the HARD Drive And configure for RAID1.

This was a problem with these cards. Probably should upgrade to something else. I have an identical one that does the exact SAME thing, no matter how many drives I replace. If you want to get rid of it, though, I'd take it off your hands to maybe figure out what might be the issue with it for my own hobby purposes.
